My cat-children like to lie on a throw rug on the floor by a window in the sun. We live in the northern states which get limited sun. Now they time-share for being able to lie in this faux fur bed which is big enough to accommodate four big cats at a time for a happy cat nap. I used the Amazon coupon so I got a really good price for this bed. I plan to order a second cat bed if it has a good discount. The bed seems flexible enough to launder by itself.i got this bed for my 70 pound olde english bulldog. she is a terror. she has single handedly destroyed my couch. i got the bed hoping that she would like it. i was nervous because at first she didn't use it. now is she isn't next to me, she is in her bed.It’s only been a few weeks since purchasing this item but our dogs have liked them so far, as for cleaning not tried yet but I know I will soon have to.Gus is a 50 lb Blue Lacy and loves this bed! I guess the manufacturere didn't take the time to trim the furry portion before sewing. It would have eliminated that ugly seam.The price was excellent on a boxing day special.**The round one is no where near as firm as it appears in the product picture, would be nice if it was.**Bought this for my 6 month old puppy (8.5kgs) and she absolutely loves it! I bought a size XL (32 inches) so she would grow into it.The bed fluffed up the moment I took it out of the vaccum sealed bag and my pup just hopped right into it!Very soft and plush and lots of room for my pup to grow into.The raised walls around it create a nice cocoon around my pup. She refuses to get out of it!I haven't tried washing it yet but it's absolutely fantastic for the price.Highly recommended!Ive purchased this bed after reading a lot about calming beds. This was the right price for me and I thought perhaps the quality wasnt as good as the other calming beds. I was wrong, this bed not only is it comfortable, it washes in my washing machine and dryer. It comes out very fluffy and still in good condition. Ive purchased a white bed, yes I did. I chose white because it will allow me to see fleas or critters if my dog brings them home. This dog bed washes white, and after a few months of use still looks brand new. I recommend this product
