I needed a good stress ball and I found a one-of-a-kind stretch for my hands as well. The leather makes this a joy versus rubber, plastic, or fabric stress balls. The leather is soft and pliable. I added a light coating of coconut oil to kickstart conditioning. It became even softer. I need more leather in my life. The fill density is uneven, but then again the handmade aspect is part of the deal. Wabi-sabi.The price seemed high, but I ain't mad. I'll be able to squeeze every penny out of it and then some. This wasn’t as squeezable as I expected. It’s almost as firm as a softball or small football. Maybe good for strong man hands. The seams are uneven and look like they are coming loose in many places. It has nice enough weight to it and feels nice if you’re looking for a stress ball specifically to toss or juggle around. I’m also just bummed I didn’t receive any of the collector cards or cloth storage sack that usually comes with hide and drink products. Not really even close enough to artisanal wuality that would make this worth a 30$ splurge. After about a month of continuous use, my H&D leather ball has broken in quite nicely. Initially, it was hard TBO but it is now supple and smooth to the touch yet firm when you squeeze it. The leather is also starting to take on a character of its own and I believe it will only get better over time. The handmade quality is evident as I spin it around with my fingertips and grip it repeatedly. I couldn't be more happier with this purchase because my grip strength has improved and I can see a slight difference in my forearms. Definitely worth it.It is well and all, but it's not really what it's hyped up to be! Just a average stress ball IMO. Not really worth the cash is what I'm sayin.still, I don't know another stress ball made from leather. a bit pricey. filling a bit harder than what I expected but maybe will soften with use.Seams a bit misaligned, but only others that sew will notice care. I bought a few things from them all nice quality with nice presentation and bonus leather company tag. IMO the design is cute. I bought a couple key chains as well as thumb/ index finger cover for when I'm sewing things like my husband's hockey bag. Those fit a million times better then another set I bought. I think I'll buy another for wood working.I really like this stress ball. It's different. Don't expect a super squishy ball like a promo type foam ball. It is pretty firm at first. It took a couple of days to work in. But to me it has the right amount of tension vs flexibility. The fact that it is leather is reason I bought it and also why I like it. I wanted a fidget I wouldnt be embarrassed of at work. It is a Masculine fidget!High quality and made by a person with personality. Disappointed that it came in very dark walnut color instead of a brighter color as pictured. Otherwise good product.[Edit] I bought a second one and it was darker than the first one. Grumbling. In both cases the seams split. I admit I am tough on it, but surprised this happened.
