Lumps?! Just gross. And it tastes terrible compared to the other CBD oils I have bought. I won't buy again. I can't rate for pain or sleep quality as I have quit taking it after a couple of times getting the lumps and bad taste. It may work well for that, but....this Hemp oil along with 2 others have3 helped me to cut way back on mega-dose script of Gabapentin prescribed for neuropathy pain.This was a very affordable product. It helped me sleep instantly! And it definitely helped with my anxiety as well. It didn't help as much with pain reduction though. I deal with a lot of inflammation and this didn't really help with that. But aside from that. This was a good product. Will be buying againPlease DO NOT buy this product. It's horrible! Before I purchased this it had the option for exchange or refund and now that I bought it and want to return it it has no option for a return. When the package came 1 of the 4 bottles was broken and it leaked everywhere in the box and had a bad smell to it. I brushed it off and though i still had 3 bottles and it would be fine. Wrong! I opened a bottle and had a dose and guess what, it's canola or even olive oil thats going bad. Very disappointed! I tried calling the customer service number and it's "not in the service area". Please save your money and shop local for these types of products. I've learned my lesson. Hemyum is not a brand to trust or to even give it a chance. My actual review would be 0 stars!I take these every night before bed because I have trouble falling asleep and they work great. Have not tried for pain. Only issue is it says to take a dropper full, but the dropper will only fill about 40% of the way.I've been buying this for my mom and since she has experience great stress relief, calmness, clarity, good sleep and joint pain releif i decided to get it again for her and also for me. I have to say that since the first time i tried the first dose i immediately experienced a relaxation feeling but without drowsiness. On the contrary i felt energized and with a focused mind. Will continue to use it to see the long term effects.I like that is helps with sleep and it doesn’t get you too drowsy
